Elissa Washuta Named as Scarlet and Gray Associate Professor

From the OSU Office of Academic Affairs: 

American Indian Studies Program Director Elissa Washuta has been named to the inaugural cohort of the Provost’s Midcareer Scholars: Scarlet and Gray Associate Professors. The 10 cohort members have each recently been appointed to the rank of associate professor with tenure and have demonstrated significant accomplishments in their discipline(s).

This program continues the Office of Academic Affairs’ commitment to maintaining a premier faculty at Ohio State through all stages of the academic lifecycle, joining the Provost’s Early Career Scholars Program and Tenure-Track Fellow to Faculty Program, and is designed to accelerate progress toward promotion to professor.
