November 18, 2021
12:30 pm - 1:45 pm
Zoom

The first AAS Brown Bag workshop will take place on Thursday November 18 from 12:30-1:45 on Zoom. The workshop will be a regular (perhaps monthly) event where scholars and artists in and around Asian American studies can share work in progress within a community that’s engaged in producing and supporting similar work. Some events will be informal, others may be organized as a talk or panel.

November 18 will be a fairly informal event. Participants are invited to give a 5-10 minute introduction to their work—or speak about anything they find important. We invite all who are interested in research related to Asian American Studies and related fields to join us and help build this community. Future events may feature formal speakers and talks.
